RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. Below is our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. For items that were pre-ordered, the policy is valid for 30 days from the ship date. Unfortunately, if over 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

  • For a return to be accepted, your item must be unused and in the same state you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

  • Opened and used items are only eligible for exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

  • To initiate a return, please send an email to c2vice@outlook.com. Our team will guide you through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) process.

  • Note: All PODS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a firm policy with NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • B2B sales, including but not limited to sales to restaurants, lounges, bars, clubs, and catering businesses, are FINAL. These items are neither returnable nor refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Refunds

 

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and inform you about the status of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet:

​

- Double-check your bank account.

- Contact your credit card company; sometimes, it can take a while for refunds to be officially posted.

- Reach out to your bank. There could be some lag before the refund is posted.

Exchanges

 

We only provide exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you want to swap it for the identical product, send an email to c2vice@outlook.com.

 

Shipping Returns

​

Returning an item? Remember that you will have to bear the shipping costs. Since the shipping time varies based on where you reside, the time it might take for the exchanged product to get to you can differ.

 

For high-value items like the C2 Hookah, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't assure that we will get your returned item without these services.
